One thing is for sure and that is the often touted ‘war for talent’ is a fair reflection of the current market in contracting at least! Whilst global trends have seen the ‘time to hire’ for the permanent hiring process push out to six weeks the very opposite is true for many of the specialty IT contracting categories.
