Infinity board ratifies Fujitsu offer
by admin
Fujitsu’s offer for Infinity Solutions has been ratified by the board of Infinity.
The new managing director of Fujitsu New Zealand — as the merged company will be known — is Stuart Steitt, previously chief financial officer of Infinity. He was a founding partner of that company.
Jo Healy, who had headed Fujitsu in New Zealand, retains the role as general manager sales and service delivery.
Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand CEO Rod Vawdrey says there will be no redundancies.
He says there are no immediate plans to merge premises.
“That will depend on leases falling due but we are hoping in Wellington to get naming rights on a building to give us more visibility,” he says.

It seems that the Fujitsu got Infinity for a bargain price - I think they only paid $16 Million.
