The notebook market has taken an interesting turn with various companies deciding to add artwork and slick designs to the face of their notebooks.
With the huge increase in popularity of notebooks, companies such as Sony and HP have launched a range of notebooks with special designs on the back of the lid to try and make their range stand out from the rest.
Sony, have just commissioned artist Maya Hayuk to create new designs for VAIO laptops. All available from the SonyStyle Web site for around $2500 USD. HP have launched slick new lid designs to their Pavilion dv2600, Pavilion dv6500 and Compaq Presario B1200 laptops to try and attract people a little more image conscious.
So with notebooks becoming such important tools, and little to separate different brands, image like most commodities are becoming more influential in the market.

March 20th, 2010 at 12:34 amMany thanks for your insightful stuff. Often, the best info come from the blogs one may not expect. Not too long ago, I decided not to give much thought to placing comments on blog posts and have left responses even less. Reading through your valuable blog post, might encourage me to do so often.
