Former Infinity CFO Stuart Steitt to lead new company

Fujitsu’s offer for Infinity Solutions has been ratified by the board of Infinity.
The new managing director of Fujitsu New Zealand — as the merged company will be known — is Stuart Steitt, previously chief financial officer of Infinity. He was a founding partner of that company. read more »
