MS Dynamics 365 Support Analyst

This is a busy and responsible role, be the go-to person for this key CRM.  We are seeking expertise in managing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  This is a 12 months fixed term contract.

To be considered for this role you will have the majority of the the following criteria:
  • Technical expertise - able to translate business requirements into system specific requirements for changes to production systems, (with MS Dynamics CRM)
  • Technical expertise to troubleshoot technical issues and business process issues
  • Expertise with verifying data integrity and quality
  • Excellent relationships management skills, as you are the interpreter between the business and the technical people and you can lead design workshops
  • Excellent problem solving skills
